KUALA LUMPUR (September 24): OSK has officially opened its 22-acre Iringan Bayu Wetland Park in Seremban, where people can check in to take photos and enjoy leisure activities.

Wang Yimin, chief executive officer of OSK Properties, pointed out that the wetland park at the center of Iringan Bayu is picturesque, which can protect the diversity of ecology and conservation, and integrate with art and space. Wetland Park aims to create a healthy environment within the community, and will awaken the community to protect the ecology and enhance the value of wetlands.

He was officiating the opening ceremony for the Iringan Bayu Wetland Park a few days ago. Also present were OSK Industries Chief Operating Officer Lin Shaowu, General Manager Yang Yuanwei and Deputy General Manager Yu Weichang.

Iringan Bayu Wetland Park has 200,000 wetland plants and 972 trees of 60 different species, and is home to 8 species of birds and 11 species of native fish. In the park, there are running tracks and bicycle paths that connect with the residential areas in the town, as well as 18 fitness areas, basketball courts, indoor football fields, 190-meter-long connecting bridges and children’s playgrounds; the art area has 24 art sculptures, Can be a check-in and photo spot for visitors and residents.

The 770-acre Iringan Bayu township also has single- and double-storey terrace houses and single-storey and double-storey semi-detached houses, so residents can enjoy Seremban’s largest leisure park, a tranquil suburb, green environment and Ideal home for security guards.

Among them, Erama, which has a total of 360 single-storey and double-storey semi-detached houses, is the closest to the Wetland Park. The Gitaran double-storey terrace house series can also allow residents to enjoy the benefits brought by the wetland park.
