We are ready to continue growing,” the university institution shared on its social networks as a welcome for the Guanajuato coach.
Jonathan Ricardo Villegas Flores will travel to Mérida, Yucatán, next month to join as head coach of both the men’s and women’s teams, who will compete in the AC Student Basketball Association (ABE League) tournaments, which will return in 2022 after two years paused due to the covid-19 pandemic, as well as the tournament of the National Council for Sports in Education (CONDDE).
«Very happy about this new stage in my life, new house and more motivated than ever. Thank you for the trust and allowing me to do what I like,” shared the technical assistant at the Mieleras de Guanajuato, with whom he boasts three titles in the Mexican Women’s Professional Basketball League, in addition to his experience as a coach with the Bees of León and technical assistant with Capitanes de la Ciudad de México and Libertadores de Querétaro in the LNBP, as well as in the Mexican team in the management of the Spanish Sergio Valdeolmillos.
