We are looking for a 60-70% trainer for the following task profile:
Tender: Requestsadvertisement-judo-trainer/
o Empathic & pedagogically good trainer with a great passion for children’s training.
o Technically versed for advanced training and competition support up to U21.
o Organized for administration tasks on the PC and stylish in parenting.
40%-50% children judo
o Aufbau ELKI Judo
o Expansion of school sports
o Judo kids courses from 5 years
o Judo courses for beginners from 7 years
o Competition support for beginners
o Organization of belt tests
10-15% youth
o Mass sports & A- Judo training
o Competitive training
o Competition support in Switzerland and at international tournaments and training camps
o Participation in the cantonal management
o CrossFit Kurse

particularities
Requirement profile:
o German spoken and written (at least B2)
o At least 2nd Dan and holder of a national “Judo” coaching diploma or university degree (BSc/MSc) with a pedagogical/sports profile.
o Several years of experience and passion in the field of toddlers and children’s training.
o Own national and/or international successes in junior and elite sports.
o Fighting potential as a member of the women’s or men’s National League A team.
o Several years of experience in CrossFit and fitness.
o Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
o Readiness for continuous technical and didactic training.
o Communicative and planning skills.
o Ability to network with other trainers.

Judo clubs in Switzerland. We have been offering a broad professional program for over 50 years
in Judo, Ju-Jitsu and Adaptive Judo. Uster is the base of the performance center
Zurich. The top athletes of the JC Uster compete in all categories at the
national and international top with. Our women’s & men’s teams fight each other
at the top of the National League A.
