TikTok is currently the most popular platform for uploading videos, since it is the content that is consumed by users, there you can find from dances, curious facts, learn new things and many times it is used to expose suspected thieves.
A TikTok user posted a video in which apparently a man left his used sneakers and was trying to take a new pair of sneakers by passing them off as his own; the action divided opinions, here we tell you why.
The person who posted the video used as title “Like when you want to steal in the Coppel” and apparently this annoyed TikTok users because some argue that “he wasn’t stealing because he didn’t leave the store.”
It can be seen in the video that the employees of the department store ask the man to look for his pair of used tennis shoes among the boxes that are on the sideboard, he pulls a pair of tennis shoes out of a box and proceeds to put them on.
Once he changed the pair of sneakers, the person argues that “he can pay for them” and if you want you can buy them, before the action the employees of the store ask to call the police apparently to denounce the action.
Many users accused the man of being a thief for trying to take some new tennis shoes, however, others assured that “it is theft until it leaves the store”.
