Nathalie David-Mila, a former Ladies European Tour (LET) player between 2004 and 2011, died this week at just 42 years old, from cancer. Still an amateur, in 2003 she won the bronze medal at the European Team Championship. The writing of Golf Planet extends its deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
We will never see the radiant smile of Nathalie David-Mila. At 42, the former resident of Ladies European Tour (LET) between 2004 and 2011 passed away on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday as underlined by the official website of the French Golf Federation (FFG). Unfair and so cruel.
At the end of his professional career and after having won as an amateur the bronze medal in the European Team Championship in 2003 in Frankfurt (Germany), Nathalie, whose brother, Olivier David, was also a high-level golfer, had resumed his studies and since worked in Ancenis (Loire-Atlantique) in the logistics of fresh products for a specialized company.
« We traveled the world with the girls… South Africa, Singapore, Australia, Europe… What good memories on and off the courses. Have a nice trip Nath! And keep shining with all your soul », Notably posted Sophie Giquel-Bettan, one of her closest friends on the Tour.
