NBA 2022 Friday’s harsh foul will keep the Bulls point guard out
Grayson Allen added a new move to his list of actions classified as dirty, by committing a flagrant foul that merited the expulsion on Friday of Alex Caruso, who will be out for at least a month and a half.
The Bulls point guard suffered a fracture in his wrist when Allen fouled him hard on a fast break in the third quarter of Friday’s Bucks-Bulls game.

“She jumped. She was going for a two-handed dunk, a little transition dunk. I didn’t know what happened, but seeing her afterward… wow, the guy caught me in the air. It’s bullshit. I don’t know what else to say. I’m glad he didn’t have a more serious injury at the time,” Caruso stated,
Caruso had just returned from another injury that cost him 13 more games and had just returned on Wednesday against the Cavs. Chicago needed him because another of their point guards, Lonzo Ball was left out after undergoing knee surgery. Patrick Williams, Zach LaVine, Javonte Green and Derrick Jones Jr. are also out for the Bulls. Without Lonzo and Caruso, Coby White and rookie Ayo Dosunmu are the Bulls’ remaining point guards.
Caruso, who signed in free agency after spending his first four NBA seasons with the Lakers, he was playing the most minutes of his career, 27.7 per game. He averaged 8.4 points and personal highs in rebounds (3.9) and assists (3.9).
This is not the first time that Grayson Allen has been involved in similar plays since his time in the NCAA. He played for the ‘most hated’ show, Duke, and was key in the 2015 championship, but after was characterized by multiple plays such as Caruso’s.
Ever kick an opponent. He was whistled for several flagrant fouls. Mike Krzyzewski he suspended him at the time after purposely tripping the rival on a third occasion.
