A decision will be made during the week and it will then be possible to establish a duration of the absence for Lillard. It should be a minimum of six to eight weeks. The star player’s last game was December 31.
Portland occupies the 10e rank in the Western Conference and is 4-7 without Lillard this season. CJ McCoolum is also out of the game due to lung trouble.
Lillard made his injury worse during the Tokyo Olympics last summer. He is averaging 24 points with 7.3 assists per game in 29 games this season.
