GRayson Allen, current Milwaukee Bucks player, earned a reputation for being dirty and unsportsmanlike during his time at Duke University. The Florida forward starred in several controversial plays -trips and kicks above all- that earned him the qualification of the most hated player in the NCAA. A poster that, until now, had been forgotten in the NBA.
However, Allen returned to rescue old ghosts in the clash between the Wisconsin franchise and the Chicago Bulls when he caught Alex Caruso in the air with a flagrant foul. An action that raised fears for the physical integrity of the Texan guard and that ended with the Bucks player expelled.
“A shitty foul”, according to Caruso himself who was able to finish the match despite the discomfort in his wrist after his brutal fall. His coach, Billy Donovan, went a step further and assured that “that action could have ended Caruso’s career. It was a very dangerous action and I hope the league does something.”
