The New York Giants have made the hiring of Joe Schoen official as their new general manager. The Big Blue communicated the news through its social networks and Schoen will be in charge of providing a new direction for the New York team who hasn’t won a single playoff game since they won Super Bowl XLVI.

Joe Schoen seeks to be the man to lead the G-men in a reconstruction to be able to be a competitive team and in the future to be able to aspire to win a Super Bowl. John Mara, one of the team owners he was excited and optimistic by the arrival of Schoen.
