Mikko Rantanen, who scored a goal and added an assist, helped Colorado to extend the longest series of home wins in club history. The Finnish striker scored the 23rd goal of the season and confirmed his position as the team’s top scorer.
Goalkeeper Darcy Kuemper helped Avalanche to the tenth win in a row of thirty hits and was declared the third star of the match. Czech goalkeeper Pavel Francouz watched his teammates from the substitution.
Dallas and Radek Faksa in the line-up decided on their home win 6: 1 over Boston in the first half of the match, in which he scored four goals. The Stars victory was led by a second attacking formation consisting of Denis Gurianov, Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn, who took part in three goals. Seguin made a name for himself twice and added one assist, Benn scored a goal and a pass, and Gurianov scored two goals.
David Pastrňák moved back to the first Bruins attack, but the match did not work out for him. He scored two negative points in the plus and minus statistics and did not score in more than 18 minutes. Tomáš Nosek did not succeed either. The second Czech in the Bruins jersey played for almost 13 minutes and scored one negative point.
