In the past few weeks, the arrivals of young midfielder Carlos Baleba and winger Joffrey Bazié are now official. The two players will first join Stéphane Pichot’s Pro 2 group.
On its official website, the LOSC has just announced the arrival of Carlos “Noom Quomah” Baleba and that of Joffrey Bazié, two young Africans aged 18. The first, passed by the Academy of Brasseries in Cameroon (which had formed Samuel Eto’o) will initially integrate the Pro 2 group of Stéphane Pichot. Baleba is described as a box-to-box, capable of breaking the line with its technical quality and its power. For his part, Joffrey Bazié joined LOSC from Salitas FC, a club playing in the Burkinabé championship, and playing as a right winger. He will also make his reserve team debut. The two players were very much in demand in Europe, but it was ultimately at LOSC that they would discover European football. Baleba and Bazié are committed with the Mastiffs until 2026, and will try to follow in the footsteps of the best African talents passed by the club in post-training.
