Febri Hariyadi was substituted midway through the first half of the match against Borneo FC (18/1/2022) due to a thigh injury. He was replaced by Beckham Putra, Febri reportedly coach Robert Alberts had to relieve his pain first in order to undergo recovery.

As per Thursday (20/1/2022), it is reported that the team doctor, Rafi Ghani, is much better. Febri’s movement was stopped by Leo Guntara’s knee which hit Febri’s thigh. Instantly Febri fell down wincing in pain. After two days the pain subsided.

“Febri, Alhamdulillah, it’s okay, yesterday there was a collision with the opponent’s knee, it was really painful, he was being observed but the pain was really low when he came here,” said team doctor Rafi Ghani.

Febri will continue his recovery to take a short break from training for the next three days. Persib itself is currently undergoing two days off. The competition is also in the middle of a FIFA matchday break. Persib will return to play on January 29 against Persikabo 1973.

“The injury in the thigh hit the opponent’s knee, the left. Two or three days (Febri rested) I saw no swelling, so the injection of the thigh muscle at the opponent’s knee was really painful,” continued Rafi.

Meanwhile Henhen Herdiana who was also withdrawn in the match against Borneo FC in the 64th minute is being observed. He also suffered an injury in the match and was replaced by Bayu Fiqri. “Henhen is now being observed,” said Rafi.
