PSG are watching Tanguy Ndombele closely. As revealed this Thursday by The Athletic, the capital club is inquiring with Tottenham to recruit the Spurs midfielder on loan. The main interested in this arrival is Mauricio Pochettino. The Argentine coach was stationed in London (United Kingdom) in the summer of 2019 when Ndombele was recruited from Olympique Lyonnais for 60 million euros. The profile has also been validated by the Parisian management, which has been following the player for several years already.
However, nothing is certain at this stage of the discussions. The first of the obstacles concerns the form of the transaction. A transfer seems ruled out on the side of PSG, which therefore wants a loan until the end of the season. The good relations that the two clubs have could facilitate the file. The second obstacle revolves around the salary of the former Amiens, estimated at 200,000 pounds per week by the British press, or around one million euros per month. Such a salary level would place him among the best paid players in the Parisian locker room. And the Spurs insist on this point: the PSG will have to take charge of it 100% to finalize the loan.

Last potential obstacle: the contingent of Parisian midfielders is very important: Verratti, Danilo, Wijnaldum, Gueye, Paredes, Herrera in addition to young Dina Ebimbe, Xavi Simons and Michut, all in search of playing time. capital would first need to slim down in the midfield before being able to recruit Tanguy Ndombele, even on loan for a few months.
