PSIS Drops Bruno Silva but Doesn’t Break Contract, Conflict with CEO Sharpens

Brazilian player, Bruno Silva, rejoined PSIS Semarang in the second round of the 2019 League 1.

BOLASPORT.COM – PSIS Semarang officially dropped one foreign player, Bruno Silva in the second round of Liga 1 2021-2022, but they did not terminate the player’s contract.

PSIS Semarang has confirmed that it will not use Bruno Silva in the second round of Liga 1 2021-2022.

The bald-headed attacker was not registered by PSIS as a player, but still has a contract.

This is because the composition of PSIS foreign players is complete, namely Wallace Costa, Jhonatan Cantilana, Flavio Beck Junior, and Chevaugn Walsh.

Meanwhile, the maximum registration of foreign players is only 4.

Bruno Silva will also be loaned and offered abroad by PSIS.

“In football it’s normal and we think this is the best team composition,” said CEO Yoyok Sukawi, Thursday (1/13/2022) as reported by BolaSport.com from the club’s official website.

“Bruno Silva is still a PSIS Semarang player.”
