Rebound from Dubuisson, Barjon in clear progress, Boutier in the top 25 – World Ranking

A lot of changes in the tricolor hierarchy after the good results of the French in the Middle East and across the Atlantic. Victor Dubuisson performs the best operation and obtains his best ranking for 3 and a half years!

At the top of the hierarchy, if the gap has narrowed between Rahm and Morikawa, it is the arrival in 3rd place of Patrick Cantlay, 9th at La Quinta that grabs attention. The No. 1 of the FedEx Cup knocked off the podium for the first time since August 2020 Dustin Johnson.

The winner of the 2020 Masters is even now under the threat of Viktor Hovland, 4th in Abu Dhabi and integrating for the first time top 5 ! Returning to competition since October 2020 this week in San Diego, he will also have the opportunity to relaunch in Saudi Arabia next week when he defends his title at Saudi International.

Better with the Blues

With the French, Victor Dubuisson is logically credited with the best progression with 117 places gained. It had not been so well ranked since August 2018!

Paul Barjon, whose best ranking dates from the summer of 2020 (164th), goes back to 257th place and Julian Brun, his friend from TCU, now occupies 2nd place in the tricolor clan in 118th place.

Finally, for the girls, 3 places won for Celine Boutier, which joins the top 25 in the world (25th)!
