“Players who were on the field at the time the game was stopped cannot be put on the scoresheet as substitutes for the game to continue,” it said.
The changes that are made will therefore not be seen as bills of exchange. “The teams can only use the number of substitutions and substitution moments as they were still entitled to use at the time of termination,” says the association regulations.
