Saint-Jean-du-Falga. First outing for Adapei archers

Invited to the departmental adapted sport archery championship of Gers, in Condom – organized by the French federation of adapted sport (FFSA) – the archers of Adapei behaved very well on the shooting range. Indeed, these archers are members of the Pamiers archery club for the second year. The health situation had not made it possible to participate in meetings. It’s done. The difficulty of obtaining licenses by the departmental committee as well as the affiliation of the club to the FFSA is inexplicable; they would like to thank the technical adviser of the Gers for having dismissed and attached the sportsmen to the club of Auch for this competition.

The apprehension of the competition and “the fear of doing wrong” were present at the start of the day. But as the shots went by, everyone found their marks and the result was more than satisfactory.

Out of six archers, five were awarded a medal and for the 6th (the oldest) he was highly commended for his adaptation and participation.

Note that a day is scheduled at the Union, Saturday, January 29, for the regional championships. Qualifications are scheduled for the French championships on April 1, 2 and 3 in Macon. Everyone wants some people to be able to participate.

Congratulations to A. Camille – Jean – J. François – Gérard – Christelle (our only female representative) and Rémi.
