The entity has in its hands a groundbreaking plan to carry out a profound reform in the northwest corner of the stadium, just behind the video scoreboard, with the aim of creating a new area for hotel use, as announced by LA NUEVA ESPAÑA. One of the star elements will be the creation of a restaurant with a glass facade, which will have views of both the countryside and the Isabel la Católica park. There are other examples of establishments with the conditions posed by Sporting in national and foreign football stadiums, such as those found in the Santiago Bernabeu, where you can follow the matches live from a luxury area. The project, in collaboration with the City Council, owner of the facility, will be carried out in a currently empty space and will not imply the loss of seats.
