Just a few days before the arrival of the first pre-purchased units, Valve has decided to give one last push of hype for the Steam Deck, revealing that your portable console already has 40+ platform games verified for full compatibility.
And it is that the company has just published the first official list with all supported titles for the Steam Deck (as well as playable and unsupported titles) that will be updated with all games on Steam. At the moment, the complete list of verified games already amounts to a total of 42 different titles, although the list will continue to be updated as the company obtains the test results of other games:
- Aliens: Fireteam Elite
- Ape Out
- Castle Crashers
- Celeste
- Circuit Superstars
- Cuphead
- Dark Souls II
- Dark Souls III
- Death Stranding
- Death’s Door

Thus, there are also already confirmed 39 other games that are considered playable, or what is the same, titles that the console can handle but that have small inconveniences or occasional performance failures.
Unfortunately, the list has also been completed with 5 titles that have been left out of the Steam Deck, marked as “Not Compatible” with the new platform: Persona 4 Golden, Job Simulator, theBlu, Arizona Sunshine and Budget Cuts. However, Valve continues to work closely with developers to ensure that the various games work properly on the console.
