The Real Madrid player Edy Tavares has tested positive for COVID-19, as reported this Friday by the white club, which already has three players affected by the same disease after the cases of Rudy Fernandez and Tristan Vukcevic.
“Real Madrid communicates that our player Walter Tavares has tested positive for COVID-19,” the merengue club said in a brief statement.
Tavares will surely miss the next two Real Madrid games. This Friday (8:45 p.m.) against the Battle of the Basque Country from Euroleague and the Endesa League against Casademont Zaragoza Sunday.
