Bessay-sur-Allier. Archery: the Bessaytois stand out. For the first outing of the year, many archers came to Vichy this weekend to participate in a qualifying competition for the French championship. No less than 160 archers from all over the region gathered on the Vichy shooting range.
The Bessay club, once again, was able to stand out with good results for Thierry Gindrat, 4 e in the senior 2 compound category; Michel Guitton, 5 e in senior 3 compound and Christophe Pommier, 8 e in classic senior 2.
Next trip to Montluçon, Sunday January 16.
Those interested in practicing this sport can come to training on Monday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the sports hall.
