The calendar of national competitions 2022, from January to June

The calendar of national archery competitions for the year 2022 has recently been released. The season will start, as has become tradition, from the Italian Indoor Para-Archery Championships, organized in Macerata by ASD Sagitta Arcieri Pesaro, which will be held on 29 and 30 January.

The indoor season will be closed by the Italian Indoor Championships scheduled from 23 to 27 February in Rimini: initially scheduled from 3 to 6 March, they were brought forward due to unexpected and unexpected unavailability of the Rimini Fiera plant. It will be a particularly important event because on this occasion there will also be the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Fitarco.

The Italian Club Championships will be held on 24 and 25 April in Ascoli Piceno, organized by the ASD Compagnia Arcieri Piceni. June will see two of the most anticipated events of the season: from 18 to 19 June the Coppa delle Regioni in the wonderful scenery of Paestum, while the following weekend, 25 and 26 June, will be the turn of the Italian Master Cup in Pistoia, under the aegis of the ‘ASD Archers of Micco Pistoia.

The last few months

At the beginning of July, precisely on 2 and 3 July, space for young people: in fact, the National Final of the Pinocchio Trophy will be held in Palmi (Rc). The event will be organized by the ASD Arcieri L’Antica Lauro. On 16 and 17 July, in Lanciano, in the province of Chieti, the Italian Targa Para-Archery Championships will be held, organized by the ASD Anxanon Archers. The following weekend, 22-24 July, the Italian Campaign Shooting Championships will be held in Castellarano, in the province of Reggio Emilia.

2022 national competitions calendar

At the end of August, from 26 to 28, in Oderzo, in the province of Treviso, the best archers will compete in the Italian Targa Championships, organized by the ASD Arcieri Del Torresin. At the end of September the 3D Italian Championships will be staged in San Vero di Milis, in the province of Oristano: the event, organized by the ASD Annuagras Arcieri Nurachi, will be held from 23 to 25 September. Two weeks later, the Coppa Italia Arco Nudo will be held on 8 and 9 October in Settimo Torinese.

The last seasonal event, as usual, will be the Italian Youth Centers Cup: scheduled for 17 and 18 December in Gerenzano, province of Varese, organized by the ASD Arcieri dell’Airone.
