Hideki Sekine “Shrek” is a 48-year-old professional fighter with a height of 175 cm and a weight of 115 kg. Sekine lived a life of devoting himself to judo from elementary school to university. I loved UWF International (U-inter), partly because of the influence of my classmates in the judo club. After graduating, he intended to join U-inter, but the group stopped working when he was in his fourth year of college. In the midst of disappointment, I got a job at the Shizuoka Prefectural Police at the recommendation of the people around me. The turning point came when I was transferred to the International Investigation Division, which cracks down on crimes committed by foreigners. At that time, there were many Brazilian thieves in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. In the fall of 2008, Sekine began his introduction to Bonsai Jiu-Jitsu, presided over by the Souza brothers, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the Brazilians. Then, in just four months after starting to learn Jiu-Jitsu, he won the tournament. In 2009, he made his MMA debut in Hamamatsu and won the knee cross.
