Persons with positive analyzes were isolated and the organizers identified possible contact persons who had to follow certain epidemiological regulations.

After positive tests, participants in the Olympic Games will be allowed to leave the isolation rooms without symptoms as soon as they have received two negative tests 24 hours apart. In turn, a group of medical experts from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) will be able to assess cases of long-term positive individuals to decide on the most appropriate course of action.

All participants in the Olympics will be tested daily for Covid-19.

The Beijing Winter Olympics are scheduled for February 4-20. The organizers emphasized that the epidemiological situation had not affected the Beijing Olympics.
