For the composition of the 2022 ranking, each athlete will be free to participate in all the ISSF races he wants, but only the 4 best results will go into the creation of his score for the 2022 World Ranking.
Olympic Ranking : road to Parigi 2024
For the composition of the Olympic ranking, which will extend from 2022 to 2024, each athlete will be able to participate in all the ISSF qualifying competitions for the Olympics he wants, but only those with his best 10 placings will contribute to forming the score with which he will then be inserted. in the ranking.
The points that will be obtained in the various continental events will be greater than that of a World Cup race. In case of participation in competitions where “ineligible” athletes or already in possession of Olympic quotas will also compete, the ISSF reserves the right to provide further specifications in the coming months.
In these months, therefore, it will be very important to always calculate the best performances that are obtained trying, where possible, to participate in the greatest number of races in order to raise the results of the best 4 performances that compete for the world ranking and also, at least at the beginning, to the Olympic ranking.
