The settlers visited the judo dojo – Sports

In the second shift of the Recreational and Sports Vacation Camp, the children visited the Regatta dojo and learned about judo. In addition, registration for the third and last shift is now open.

On Tuesday morning, the residents of the Corrientes Regatta Club had a more than interesting day, when they visited the “rower” dojo where they had a practical and entertaining class on judo.

The children lived a moment of fun and learning together with the instructors of the discipline in the Regatta institution. They learned to make casts, to make falls, and they were also encouraged to fight against the teachers.

The class was led by Professor Pablo Mariño Rey, who is the coordinator of the discipline in the club, who had the collaboration of other instructors and some students to deal with the number of settlers.

They started with a quick warm-up, to then show them in a dynamic and practical way how to carry out falls to avoid blows. Then, they showed and gave fundamentals about the sets to apply to the opponents.

Finally, the boys did not shrink from the instructors who were in front and were encouraged to challenge them to fights. All had the opportunity to cast the teachers and at the same time to be knocked down.

Let us remember that this second shift will end on Friday, January 22, and in the Colonia Fantasmita Recreativa y Deportiva, in addition to the fun that has always characterized it, now they also learn fundamentals and practice the different disciplines of the institution.
