Another great personality went to the Czech film heaven. Actor, drummer and dancer Vítězslav Bouchner died unexpectedly at the age of 74. You can remember his face from a number of popular pictures abroad. The last farewell will take place in the Strašnice crematorium.
Vítězslav Bouchner studied puppetry and dance, but most of his life he devoted himself to dubbing. His sudden death affected not only his family, but also his colleagues and fans.
“With pain in our hearts, we announce to all relatives and acquaintances the sad news that our beloved and dear father, brother, brother-in-law and uncle, Mr. Vítězslav Bouchner, has left us. He left quietly on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at the age of 74, “ relatives announced.
The funeral will take place in the Strašnice crematorium. “We will say goodbye to our dear deceased on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 2 pm in the large ceremonial hall of the crematorium in Prague-Strašnice. Thank you for your quiet memory.” the family added.
Bouchner has played countless minor roles in popular films, you can remember him from Saturnin, but also international blockbusters like xXx, Hitler: Rise of Evil or Eurotrip. In the film Ganster Ka, he played a judge. In dubbing, his most important role is the Apu salesman from the Simpsons series.
