Within L’Alerte Saint-Jean (ASJ), the oldest association in the city, the badminton section, founded 25 years ago, welcomes its players to the recently renovated Trois-Fontaines gymnasium.

Good conditions, therefore, for the young people of the school labeled EFB (French badminton school) whose supervision is provided by qualified educators, such as Hervé Budon, and allows young people aged 6 to 17 to progress and participate. in their first competitions.

Motivated young athletes

On Friday, after the essential warm-up, the youngsters competed to perfect their technique: service, cushioning, smash… So many gestures that hold no secrets for these young athletes, including Alycia, who has already won a match in competition. ; Julie, who won her first medal, or Jules who is practicing for the third year. As for Noa, who has just started, he greatly appreciates these moments of sharing, on Friday evenings, after a week at college.
