The governor of Guárico state, José Vásquez, and the Minister of People’s Power for Habitat and Housing, Ildemaro Villarroel, inspected lodging spaces for athletes at the XX National Sports Games.
It was learned that the state of Guárico will host more than 800 athletes, being the sub-venue of the sports contest in the disciplines of Coleo, Badminton and Handball, which will take place from January 31 to February 12, referred to a note from press.
«We want Guárico as a sub-venue to have an extraordinary organization, excellent to receive all these athletes in these disciplines from all over the country. Within the framework of the celebration of these National Sports Games”, explained the regional president.
For his part, Minister Villarroel explained that they inspected and coordinated all military, public and hotel facilities in the Llanera region, which have a plan for the execution of maintenance, rehabilitation and recovery works. /YD/CP
