TOFA won against Bykekmece, albeit hard

In the 17th week of the ING Basketball Sper League, TOFA defeated Bykekmece Basketball 89-87 away.

Starting the snow quickly and going through the 8-0 series, Bykekmece Basketball responded to its opponent’s efforts to close the gap with baskets it found under the basket, and managed to maintain its superiority and closed the first part of the fight with a 24-20 lead.

Finding the first number of the second quarter with Shepherd‘s score, TOFA narrowed the gap to 2 points, but the home team increased the gap to 10 points (42-32) in the 17th minute, with several consecutive baskets. Although TOFA did not give up on being a partner in the game with Cook‘s points, the house went to the Bykekmece Basketball locker room at 46-40.

Starting the second half with an effective attack and Cook’s accurate hits, TOFA balanced the score in the 23rd minute (49-49). Protecting its superiority against TOFA, which started to turn the score in its favor from time to time in the following minutes, the home team prevented its opponent from dominating with quick attacks and outside horses. Bykekmece Basketball finished the third stage with a score of 67-66, with Mustafa Kurtuldum’s basket with 25 seconds left.

In the last quarter, which started very well, both teams did not allow their opponent to call with mutual numbers. When Bukekmece Basketball could narrow the gap, TOFA won the match 89-87 when it came back empty handed from attacks.
