Dornbirn’s judo trainers had a lot of fun at the course in Hohenems.
Dornbirn / Hohenems. The Vorarlberg Judokas started the new year “combative”. A trainer training course for all Vorarlberg judo trainers recently took place at the start of the year in the “Dojo” in Hohenems. Among the 17 participants was an eight-person delegation from the judo club in Dornbirn. The “old hands” Reinhold Böhler, son David Böhler, Wolfgang Pastor, Stef de Hond, Sandro Hölzler and, for the first time, the young junior co-trainers Raphael Pail, Mia Zerlauth and Julia Rainer also got to know Wouter Meijer, who was responsible for the course headed, know. This is traded as a candidate for the next Vorarlberg regional trainer and, in addition to the sporting aspect, also made the training a lot of fun. After a short theoretical unit, the coaches called “Hajime” – different Kumi Kata (types of grip), exercises and games were tried out.
“The 2022 training can start, we trainers are more than ready,” said an enthusiastic UJC Dornbirn chairman Reinhold Böhler at the end. (cth)
