Château-Gontier, in the south of the Mayenne department, already has a good international reputation. After Cuba, especially in 2012-2014, Argentina is coming to settle there. With Rodrigue Chenet, DTS at the Castrogontérien club, they mainly come to work on their technique. The objective is to accompany them during each pre-season period between now and the 2024 Paris Olympics. They are 10 Albicelestes, aged 18 to 27, all weight categories combined. They come to follow 6 weeks of training with 2 training sessions per day, except on Sundays. They are preparing their return to competition, which will take place in Portugal, in Odivelas, on January 28. Then some will go to Paris, for the Grand Slam, on February 5 and 6. Whereas, on February 20, their return trip to Argentina is scheduled.
