On the initiative of the departmental council of Haute-Garonne, several champions went to colleges to share their passions for sport and their life experiences.
In the middle of the afternoon, the Toulouse tennis player arrived at the Nelson Paillou gymnasium, near the college. And then the Stade Toulousain Tennis player grabbed a badminton racket to face another 11-year-old Hugo in a quick game. This fifth-grade student, passionate about tennis, realized a dream this Thursday, with a little tear in his eye: “It was a big surprise! I wasn’t expecting it, but it made me very happy. I would love to be a tennis professional like him, because I’ve admired him since he started playing. Even if it’s badminton, I can say that I scored a few points against him“.
