Among the participants, there was a young group from Mouthiers, made up of Camille, Cassy, Eliott, Gaïa and Sarah. The latter, aged 17, has been playing for the Mouthiers team for five years. “It’s good to be in a club where there is a good family atmosphere, underlines Sarah, intern at the Marguerite-de-Valois high school, it gives us morale and we surpass ourselves in training. These take place two to three times a week, but because of my boarding school I only come to training once a week and it’s very nice”. Also present at this championship, Chloé Simonet, 15, a great hope from Charente who plays for the Chasseneuil club, where she is part of the regional interclub team and also participates in senior individual tournaments.
In terms of results: Ezequiel Grenet and Thomas Loizillon from Mouthiers won their junior and minibad category, and Gaïa Lacressonnière (Mouthiers) won the youngest girl category.
