Argelès-sur-Mer middle school students under the sign of Olympic and Paralympic week

The students spent an unforgettable week at the Albères college. On the program: parade, activities and exhibition.

Last week was held the Olympic and Paralympic week at the College des Albères. Thanks to Karine Pager, their sports teacher, several 3rd grade classes were able to participate in partnership with the disabled sports committee in numerous activities such as laser rifle shooting, archery, disabled basketball, blindness courses , boccia, all in sharing, listening, tolerance and exchange. The students ended their starry-eyed day, after having forgotten their school life for a while. For the 6th year, also under the Olympic sign, the day began with the parade of athletes with the Olympic flame and anthem, the French and European flags carried with pride by the students. The workshops were then linked around laser run, archery, boxing, handi-rugby, handi-bicycle courses with Adrien’s schooners, the running 66 association as well as a creation of Olympic posters, each one more beautiful than the next, and an exhibition on the Olympic Games.
