ATP Dubai: Jannik Sinner kicks out Andy Murray and is in the quarterfinals – Andrey Rublev continues to struggle

Murray, who was given a wildcard in Dubai, was able to keep up with the favored Italian for a long time in the first set.

Up to the score of 5: 5, both players managed their service game before Sinner broke the 34-year-old to zero and thus made the preliminary decision in round one (7: 5).

The youngster took that momentum into the second set and got Murray’s early break to make it 1-0 in the first service game. A little later, Sinner even pulled away with a double break to make it 4:1.
