Only a few days have passed since the brutal attack on the mayor of Dasà and for one of the presumed responsible, all under house arrest, the doors of the Vibo Valentia prison have opened. The man, who was already under house arrest before the raid, having to serve a sentence for breaking into the Carabinieri barracks in Arena last September, would therefore have escaped to take revenge on the mayor, accused – according to the interpretations of the investigators – to have solidarized with the Carabinieri. Again arrested for evasion and for having attacked the mayor he ended up under house arrest again. Unfortunately, for him, in one of the frequent checks by the Carabinieri to verify compliance with the measure, he would have been found inside the house adjacent to him, thus violating, once again, the requirements imposed. After the military report was triggered, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Vibo Valentia, led by the Prosecutor Camillo Falvo, immediately requested and obtained from the Supervisory Court the precautionary suspension of the measure in place and the contextual imprisonment.
