Fire during the night in a warehouse for the sale of plastic products for agriculture in Balestrate, in the province of Palermo. To put out the flames that enveloped the structure that belongs to the Valenti brothers’ company near the motorway junction, the Partinico firefighters, supported by three other teams from Palermo, had to work for hours.
Only in the morning the fire was finally extinguished and would have
destroyed material for 200 thousand euros stored in the yard of the company.
Meanwhile, the investigations have started. The carabinieri of the Balestrate station and of the operational nucleus of Partinico are investigating on the spot, who do not exclude that the stake is malicious. Acquired the images of the video surveillance system of the company and of the
cameras in the area.
