Basketball: the Sakoba Keita camp reacts to the letter from Minister Béa Diallo

The war of words is open between the Ministry of Sports and the Guinean Football Federation, Sakoba Keita version.

In recent days, certain information relating to a muscular raid by the police on the ground to stop an ongoing youth competition, on the instructions of Minister Béa Diallo, has circulated.

The Ministry of Sports said it was outraged to see the dissemination on social networks of a press release from the federation accusing it for free of mounting a crisis within this federation.

The Guinean basketball federation did not take time to react to this press release from the department. In its statement-response this Wednesday, the Guinean basketball management body first said it was surprised at the “false allegations relayed by a certain minority, in order to tarnish its image and its efforts”.

Further, FEGUIBASKET hopes that the next meetings with Minister Béa Diallo will mark a constructive and definitive outcome in the gathering, unity and reconciliation between all the actors involved in this crisis.
