Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku posted a cryptic message on social media on Friday (11/2).

Lukaku has returned to being active on social media a few weeks after apologizing to Chelsea fans following a controversial interview with Sky Italia at the end of December.

In the interview, Lukaku admitted to being uncomfortable with Thomas Tuchel’s tactical approach at Chelsea while expressing his hope of returning to Inter one day.

As Chelsea prepares for the Club World Cup final, Lukaku uploads a mysterious message on Instastory. Previously, he led the Blues to the top party after scoring the winning goal against Al-Hilal.

Lukaku returned to Chelsea as of this summer after starring for Inter. The 28-year-old striker returned to the Blues for a record £97.5m purchase.

However, the player has only scored nine goals in 26 matches across competitions. He was left out of the squad for the game against Liverpool following the outspoken interview, but Tuchel hastily resolved the issue and returned him to the starting line-up.
