In the continuity of its preparation to play its third consecutive season in the Women’s Basketball League, Corrientes Básquet played its second friendly game of the preseason. The match against the Goyano national team was played at the Hércules club before a good audience that accompanied the Corrientes franchise, according to what was published on the After the Game page.
In the blank match at the “Rafael Cañete” Sports Center, those led by Renato Novatti beat the Goyano national team by 66 to 32. Corrientes Básquet in this new season of the Women’s League will defend the runner-up obtained last year, so to start its path in the 2022 Opening Tournament it will have two demanding commitments. Their premiere will be next Saturday, February 19, against Ferro Carril Oeste from 7:00 p.m. at the “Héctor Etchart” stadium, while on Sunday, February 20, they will perform again on the same stage to face Unión Florida from 9:30 p.m.

And precisely one of the most resounding names that landed in the Corrientes team was that of Agustina García, the 25-year-old escort with a step in the senior Argentine team and who continues in the selection process for the next concentrations that will be in May.
