Sparta Prague continued their impressive winning streak, defeating Liberec 5-2 in a dominant performance. David Tomášek was the star of the show, contributing two goals and an assist, while Miroslav Forman netted twice and Filip Chlapík, the league’s leading scorer, orchestrated the attack with three assists. Liberec’s hopes of extending their recent winning run were dashed, leaving them unable to build on their previous four extra-league victories and six-game scoring streak.

Simultaneously occurring,Zlín’s relegation from the extra league became a certainty after a 1-4 loss to Mladá Boleslav. With only four rounds remaining, the Rams’ theoretical chances of survival evaporated. Despite trailing by just one goal after the first period, Zlín conceded twice in the middle frame and were unable to mount a comeback.

Litvínov secured their fourth consecutive victory, defeating Vítkovice 4-2 and solidifying their playoff position. Mountfield Hradec Králové ascended to the top of the standings after a hard-fought 4-2 victory over Kometa Brno. The first goal arrived in the 36th minute, and Hradec maintained a slim lead entering the final period. They extended their advantage, but Brno threatened a comeback with a late goal. Ultimately, Oksanen sealed the win for the East Bohemians with an empty-net goal in the dying seconds.České budějovice emerged victorious against Energie Karlovy Vary, securing a 3-1 win at home.The South Bohemians took an early lead, but the visitors equalized midway through the game. Jaroslav Modrý’s team regained the lead before the second intermission,but the winner remained elusive until Beránek scored his second goal of the match with just over two minutes remaining.Pilsen started strong against Kladno, establishing a commanding 3-0 lead after the first period. It appeared that the Indians were cruising towards an easy victory, especially when they extended their lead further. Though, Wood’s goal late in the second period signaled Kladno’s determination to fight back. They scored two more goals, but ultimately fell short in a close 4-3 defeat.
