Frank Lampard is currently the manager of Everton. Can Lampard take the Toffees out of the bottom half with his pool of young players?
Frank Lampard has been appointed as Everton manager. Lampard replaced, Rafael Benitez and contracted until 2024.
Frank Lampard is now undergoing his second career as a manager in the Premier League. Previously, Lampard coached Chelsea from July 2019 to January 2021.
Reported from Transfermarkt, Frank Lampard likes to use a 4-3-3 formation. But not infrequently, Lampard also likes to use the 4-4-1-1 and 4-2-3-1 schemes.
At Everton later, it is believed that Lampard will prefer to use a 4-3-3 formation. Lampard will use the power of the young players to play fast, just like he did at Chelsea!
At the back post, four players who can be used are Jordan Pickford in the goalkeeper position. Pickford is irreplaceable.
Four at the back, at the central defender maybe Lampard will play a duo of Michael Keane and Ben Godfrey. The two have played together for the last two seasons.
At the wing-back post, Seamus Coleman on the right will be the captain and the most senior player. On the left, maybe Lampard entrusts his young players Vitaliy Mykolenko.

At the center back post, three names that Frank Lampard might install are Abdoulaye Doucoure, Dele Alli, and Donny van de Beek.
Doucoure can serve as the first defensive wall. Van de Beek is considered to be a midfield general to set the rhythm of the game, while Alli is able to move behind the strikers to help make goals.
The three players up front, it is believed Dominic Calvert-Lewin occupies the center forward position. He will be flanked by Richarlison on the left and Anwar El Ghazi on the right.
