According to information from L’Equipe, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Kheira Hamraoui has filed a complaint for “spreading false news, threats and public insults”, and this following the case concerning her after being the victim of an assault with an iron bar alongside Aminata Diallo. The sports daily adds that the former FC Barcelona would have filed two complaints: one against Marc “Blata”, blogger and influencer, for acts of“invasion of privacy” and “spreading fake news”. The second concerned is the journalist Romain Molina, presented as a “writer – freelance reporter”for facts of “moral harassment” and of “publication with a view to influencing judicial decisions.”
His lawyer Me Saïd Harir justified these decisions in remarks collected by “The Team” : “In addition to the blatant invasions of her privacy, false information about her is regularly disseminated on social networks. These false assertions fuel the hate speech and death threats addressed to him daily. In this context, Mrs. Kheira Hamraoui filed several complaints (…) Indeed and obviously, this media agitation around the private life of Mrs. Kheira Hamraoui serves, above all, the interests of the aggressors and their accomplices. Consequently, those who harm the interests of Mrs. Hamraoui will be the subject of complaints, whether they are Internet users or press organs relaying false information whose responsibility cannot be dismissed. The media treatment reserved for Mrs. Hamraoui for a few days is unjustified and undermines both the manifestation of the truth and her status as a victim.
