Lakers, Dennis Schroder and Goran Dragic are aiming for the buyout market

I Los Angeles Lakers they were the big absentees of the trade deadline, remaining immobile despite a very disappointing first part of the season. The yellow-purples decided to focus more on the opportunities offered by the buyout market than on the trade one, also because they had very little to offer. The first rumors related to the Lakers concern the position of point guard, where so far Russell Westbrook has done more damage than anything else.

The names circulated for the Los Angeles franchise in the last few hours are those of Dennis Schroder e Goran Dragic, both traded on deadline but on the verge of leaving Houston and San Antonio via buyout respectively. Schroder already played with the Lakers last year, producing 15.4 average points before not being confirmed given the high economic demands. The German then decided to sign with Boston, where he scored this season 14.4 points per game only to be exchanged at the Rockets for compatriot Daniel Theis. Dragic, on the other hand, has only played 5 games this season, not falling within the plans of the Toronto Raptors, who sent him to the Spurs for Thaddeus Young.

For Dragic, however, there is a row: the Slovenian was first of all compared to the Dallas Mavericks of his friend and compatriot Luka Doncic. According to Adrian Wojnarowski, however, in addition to Mavs and Lakers, on the point guard there are also Los Angeles Clippers, Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, Brooklyn Nets and Golden State Warriors.
