The draw for the Copa del Rey, which will be played in Granada from February 17 to 20, has provided the quarter-final duels between Real Madrid–Río Breogán, Joventut-Lenovo Tenerife, Valencia Basket-UCAM Murcia and Barça-BAXI Manresa.
The current champion of the Copa del Rey, a Barça that beat Real Madrid at the WiZink Center a year ago, will face Manresa in an even Catalan derby, one of the revelations of the season, while the Whites, on the other side of the draw, will face the Breogán River, absent from the Cup since 1990.
In addition, the draw held in the auditorium of the Granada Science Park, allowed Joventut Badalona to meet Lenovo Tenerife, the last team to win the cup ticket, and Valencia Basket will fight for the semis against UCAM Murcia.
