NBA: LeBron James and Kevin Durant have made their choices for the all-star game

Kevin Durant steered clear of James Harden on the day their Brooklyn partnership came to an end.

In the evenings, Durant constantly made other choices when compiling teams for the All-Star Game.

The annual classic will be presented in Cleveland on February 20.

LeBron James notably chose Fred VanVleet, of the Toronto Raptors.

He first recruited Giannis Antetokounmpo, after which Durant turned to Joel Embiid.

Harden, Stephen Curry, DeMar DeRozan, Nikola Jokic, Jimmy Butler, Luka Doncic, Darius Garland, Donovan Mitchell and Chris Paul round out James’ squad.

Devin Booker, Ja Morant, Jayson Tatum, Andrew Wiggins, Trae Young, LaMelo Ball, Rudy Gobert, Zach LaVine, Khris Middleton, Dejounte Murray and Karl-Anthony Towns will support Durant.

A star player for the 18th consecutive year, James has been captain every year since the start of the current game format (2018).

His teams are 4-0.
