The NBA is back in action after the All-Star break, and the league’s top teams picked up right where they left off. Phoenix extended their winning streak, Golden State solidified their position as a western Conference powerhouse, and DeMar DeRozan continued his MVP-caliber season.

The Phoenix Suns remain the team to beat in the NBA, cruising to their eighth consecutive victory with a dominant 124-104 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Despite a strong second quarter from the Thunder, fueled by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 32 points, the Suns pulled away in the final period. Devin Booker led the charge with a double-double, scoring 25 points and dishing out 12 assists. mikal Bridges and Cameron Johnson provided crucial support,combining for 42 points,9 rebounds,and 9 assists.
This victory further cements the Suns’ position as the team with the best record in the league.
Splash Brothers Led Warriors Past Trail Blazers
The Golden State Warriors maintained their grip on the second seed in the Western conference with a resounding 132-95 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers. Stephen Curry, fresh off his All-Star Game MVP performance, orchestrated the offense with a season-high 14 assists and added 18 points.Klay Thompson was equally notable, scoring 18 points and sinking 4 of 7 three-pointers.
With eight players scoring in double figures, Warriors coach Steve Kerr was able to rest his star duo for the entire fourth quarter. Jonathan kuminga continued his impressive rookie campaign with 17 points, while Jordan Poole chipped in with 15 points and 6 assists. Damian Lillard led the Trail Blazers with 24 points.
DeRozan’s Heroics Lift Bulls Past Hawks
The Chicago Bulls secured their eighth consecutive win thanks to another stellar performance from DeMar DeRozan. The Bulls star poured in 37 points on an efficient 15-of-21 shooting, including five clutch baskets in the final minutes to seal a 112-108 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.

The Minnesota Timberwolves bounced back from a loss to Toronto with a 119-114 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. D’Angelo Russell led the way with 37 points, while Karl-Anthony Towns added 22 points and 11 assists.
The Detroit Pistons secured their second consecutive win, edging out the Cleveland Cavaliers 106-103 thanks to three clutch free throws in the final seconds.
Nets Struggle Without stars
The Brooklyn nets suffered their 13th loss in their last 15 games, falling to the Boston Celtics 129-106. Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 30 points. Seth Curry was the shining spot for the Nets, scoring 22 points and grabbing 7 rebounds. The Nets continue to struggle without their injured All-Stars.
