Spurs are said to be in talks with Goran Dragic to negotiate a buyout of his contract over the next week. According to Adrian Wojnarowski, this acquisition will open the door to a list of teams interested in his services, including the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors.
Other interested teams would include the Los Angeles Clippers, Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets, according to the ESPN insider.
Dragic was traded by the Raptors to Spurs earlier this week for Thaddeus Young, Drew Eubanks and a second-round pick this year. Toronto had also given up a 1st round pick.
The 35-year-old Dragic had a strong streak with the Heat in 2020, when he averaged 19 points per game.
