A One Footballa football news platform, reported the breakup of the partnership with presenter Neto, from TV Bandeiranteswho insulted Abel Ferreira and his family during the program The Ball Owners. In a statement, the brand stated that the former player’s behavior does not match One Football’s values.
– We are very sorry about what happened. This type of behavior does not match the values of the One Football and as our appreciation for respect on and off the field. We do not condone any kind of prejudice and we have already informed the presenter in question that we no longer work with him – published the company.

During the program presented on Band, Neto responded to statements by the Portuguese coach with attacks on his mother. “Your mom knows how to do what? Cod? Does your mom know what to do? baguette? You are a colonizer,” he stated in an aggressive tone. Furthermore, the presenter pointed to her sex organ when referring to her.
The sexist and xenophobic speech generated revolt from fans and other viewers of the program on social networks. TV Bandeirantes has yet to comment on the incident. O Palmeiras, in turn, condemned the insults and expressed solidarity with the coach.
